  • A cup or glass

  • Electric kettle
  • Ground Ceylon cinnamon
  • Honey
  1. Boil the water in the electric kettle
  2. Put one teaspoon of cinnamon in the cup
  3. Pour the hot water into the cup
  4. Stir to mix well.
  5. Leave for 15 minutes and let it cool down
  6. Add two teaspoon of honey and stir to mix well.
  7. Drink half a cup before breakfast
  8. Drink half a cup before going to bed.



How to make the paste? What you will need:
  • A spoon and a small bowl
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Extra virgin olive oil (optional)
  1.  Take one teaspoon of cinnamon
  2. Add one tablespoon of extra virgin oil
  3. Add one tablespoon of honey
  4. Mix well to make a paste
  5. If the paste is too thick, add a little water.
