Kiss Daniel's album, "New Era" has now made its debut on the Billboard World Album Chart, marking a huge milestone for the fast rising star.
After a decision by the singer and the G-WORLDWIDE Entertainment, to release his debut album “New Era”
without any major features, an action best described as an uncalculated
risk, many critics at the time have now become ardent fans.
The album, “New Era” which was released on the 14 of May 2016, with only fellow label mate, Sugarboy as a feature, has since gone on to become a success and a fan favourite within days of its release.
The
album is now charting at number 8 on the Billboard World Album Chart
(Subscription required), apart from the other milestones in the form of
the album charting on the UK and US iTunes Charts within hours of
release.
As an artiste who believes a lot in his
God-given talent and his hard work, Kiss Daniel’s rise to the top of the
music industry within a few years, lends credence to the fact that
talent and hard work trumps hype every time.
Since his debut into the Nigerian music scene in 2014, Kiss Daniel has released hit after hit such as “WOJU”, “LAYE”, “GOOD TIME”, and more recently “MAMA” which has retained the position of the most played song on Nigerian Radio for two weeks straight, according to PlayData Charts.
